CHAIR YOGA TRAINING with Annie Rosen

Gaining skills as a mixed-abilities Yoga teacher is a compassionate response to what are interesting times for all of us. In a sit-a-lot culture, learning to teach Yoga with a chair as a support and tool can open the benefits of Yoga to a community of people who could not, or would not, consider yoga as an option otherwise. In addition, teaching with a mixed-abilities mindset means that the chair is not limiting to the practice, nor the students using the chair, limited in their ability to practice. At the intersection of teacher, student, and chair exist abundant possibility for personal inquiry through Yoga.
